Too may people just don’t get it. This author needs to care because this is what is becoming of society as a whole. Rule by fiat, feel rather than think, jump to convenient conclusions and damn anyone to hell that doesn’t agree with the mob.
We are devolving quickly; if people don’t care about that, we continue the downward spiral. People are deluding themselves that they won’t be affected by this devolution when they ignore what is happening out of apathy.

EU Dionne has a piece in the WaPo this morning citing polls showing that a plurality of Whites refused to provide an opinion on Ferguson. He claims that this is a good thing, since Whites are becoming more open minded and are witholding judgent.
I think it more likely that Whites just don’t care. Or at least care enough to risk putting their own heads on the chopping block by voicing an opinion counter to the narrative.
I would hope the looting and rioting expands across the line into the real hoods of St Louis. I could care about that....... just deserts. Reality.
That possibility has the Rat politicos scared shitless.
I CARE. Because the Attorney General of the United States is about to railroad a police officer who apparently acted appropriately in defending himself against a dangerous perpetrator. Put yourself in that police officer’s position when you shoot an unarmed burglar trying to break into your home. Do you want the Attorney General to once again show up on your doorstep announcing that he is gonna insure you hang.
And I care that this cycle of stupidity won't stop until these animals have a few judicious rounds pumped into their hides at the beginning of the next looting spree. All the tear gassing and arrests just incite them.
No one really cares. The whole charade is needed to distract from various failures - Obama, Democrats, black culture. A big election is coming up and Democrats are losing.
Anyone else catch the subtlety here?
There is nothing more dangerous to a black man then another black man, but that doesn’t warrant marches or any lasting movement. Only when a white person is involved does it seem to matter to “community activists” and politicians. Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, etc., might as well not exist to them.
If they care so deeply about black people being killed why don’t they mention where black people are being shot and killed at a Third World rate? Again, because there’s no money or power in it. They’ve already got their support and votes, and those aren’t going anywhere, so they don’t have to even pay lip service to caring.
The progressive agenda of “you are your race first, American second” pays off in these situations. People having been inundated with the message that you should feel part of a “community” based on skin pigment makes it easy to manipulate them into believing “what happens to one, happens to all.” But only when someone with different skin pigment does it matter.
It’s sick, it’s sad, it’s racist, it’s progressive.

There is ONE thing for sure.... Wilson WILL be prosecuted by the feds come hell or high water... They tried to nail Zimmerman with the "denying civil rights" crap but it was to big of a reach... But for a white cop...well, I,m sure he has enemies to spare...
Which is why I also roll my eyes and shake my head every time I see one of these “Stop the violence!” marches.

This is another way to look at it. There is an unrest in this country, and Ferguson is just a visible microcosm of that unrest. Many would say, myself included, certain leaders are looking to fan the flames of unrest. What if the flames of unrest in Ferguson, MO, spread to your community, to the place where you live? There will be all-out riots, and our law enforcement will be too weak in numbers to handle it all. If you're not prepared, you too will become a victim. It will be unpredictable. The "rule of law" will not exist in some places; it will become "rule by mob."
Do you think you might be spared because "you didn't care?"
