Simple, you riot or show a history of rioting at similar coordinated events, expect police in tactical gear and equipment to show up. No riots or history of riots just some normal patrol officers show in their regular uniform. Got it, good.

After careful consideration of the information available, I concur.
If I put myself in Officer Wilson's shoes for a moment, as a private citizen under the same circumstances (being attacked--again)--and I'm no little fellow, either--I'd have shot the perp as well, and continued shooting until he was down. From the distribution of the wounds on the perp, it appears that is exactly what happened.
Willfully ignoring the facts of the case does nothing to justify the unjustifiable destruction and theft in Missouri, but in typical Liberal, race-baiter fashion, they are again doubling down on the meme.
I think the administration is desperate to find an excuse to impose martial law before November, and will create one if need be (the border ploy did not work, and Ebola, if they can get it to take hold, is too slow).
Could be. Usually the one or two in the room calling for 'burning it down' or 'blowing it up' are undercover agents.
I would not put it past this administration to provoke a problem (widespread violence and looting) to impose a 'solution' (martial law).
