Sounds like this Foley guy was either a CIA asset or had a death wish. He was captured in Libya in 2011, then went back to Syria in 2012 after he was released.

One strange aspect of this story is that most people seem to have had no knowledge of this guy before he was executed.

If you read his tweets he sounds like a naive goof and an Obama supporter.

I know, I'm being redundant.

His tweets seem to indicate he bought into the politically correct nonsense about the peace loving, moderate Muslims. He also criticized conservatives and he was supportive of Obama.

The Obama Administration was arming, training and funding the Muslim terrorists who are now called IS or whatever in the ridiculous belief that they were moderate and would overthrow the Syrian government.

I think McCain is just a scatter brained goofball. Kind of like his daughter. He was just lucky to have a father who was a high ranking Admiral, an extremely wealthy second wife and a MSM that seems to want to help him.

Some journalists (including one from ABC who visited Bin Laden pre-9/11 and another I think Australian who went into Fallujah) have to permit themselves to be taken hostage/kidnapped to be presented to their interview subject.
