Missouri rock-oriented radio station KFNS-FM, 100.7 “The Viper,” released a news item Tuesday evening that, if true, will destroy the case against Darren Wilson, the officer who shot and killed Brown.
Under the banner headline, “”JUSTIFIED!,” the station reported on its Facebook page:

I don’t know but FOX is openly reporting about the injuries to Wilson’s face.

My theory on it was they told him he’d be charged with felony murder. So he flipped his story and he’ll plead to the theft only.

Probably in exchange for not being charged himself.
I would wait on this one though, Darion Johnson had better be in deep dark hole with a dozen FBI agents around him or he’s not long for this earth...
I personally think he helped assault Officer Wilson which would make him an accomplice and chargeable under the Murder 2nd statute.
So it would behoove him to assist the police in learning the truth in exchange for not being charged.
A ‘witness’ tonight claimed that the ‘tussle’ near the police car happened on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Came on on the Facebook page of some other media (radio, tv, web?) yesterday, didn’t change the game then.

My theory.
They told him to recant the part about Mike not hitting anyone because the evidence to the contrary (the eye socket fracture) is just about to be released to the MSM. It has been on the net for two days.
If he continues to lie, no one will believe his story that Mike had his hands up and the officer shot him anyway.
They’ve already accepted the robbery gig, now they are accepting the punch in the face. The hands in the air is all they’ve got left, and Darion is the key on that, so he has to recant to make it look like the REST is the truth.
It is not, of course.
Related: Allegedly two of the other key witnesses recanted to a journalist, then took it back.
Anyway, that’s my 2 cents.
We will see.
Just one more example out of millions of how liberals immediately charge racism before all the facts are in, and when the facts do come in they quietly slink away till the next one comes up. Any cop that goes out today without a Gopro is out of his mind, especially with this administration today that would destroy a cops life in a second so the radical muzzie posing as our POTUS doesn’t miss the next round of golf.
I think the warrant was a misdemeanor in an outlying county and had a fifty mile extradition limit which means the issuing agency is most likely never coming to get him...
Either way, Dorian Johnson is going to have a heck of a time in court if this goes to trial which I don’t think it will.
If it does it will only be to defer the violence another year until an acquittal. But Wilson’s career is over, and his name is nationally known. Who would hire him to work for them in any capacity?
