The key testimony is from the Brown family’s star witness, Dorian Johnson, who accompanied Brown when he was shot. Johnson has changed his story, according to the report, and now admits Brown attacked the officer and attempted to take his gun.

I believe Wilson will not be charged.
What can they possibly charge him with? Doing his duty to protect and serve the people of Ferguson?
Can you imagine what would have happened if that raging bull Michael Brown had gotten ahold of Wilson’s weapon?
There would hve been many more dead at that scene.
BTW...when do we get to see the toxicology report?
