And there’s more. As an indictee, Perry’s state-issued Concealed Handgun License, assuming he still has one — his office didn’t know as of Tuesday afternoon — will be suspended until the case against him is decided. (Cue the cheering coyotes.)

Isn't that presumption of guilt? I could understand if he was charged with a violent crime or something like that.

Why, yes it is! I have always thought that the prohibition for indictment was unconstituitonal.

This could be a good case to show the need for reform of the law.
