Ukraine and Russia have a dispute over Crimea, the government in Kiev, and over Kiev intentions towards ethnic Russians in eastern Ukraine. Clearly this means Germany should be in the middle.

I cant decide who is nuttier, people who think Germany should push for battles in the Donetsk Basin again,,, or the people mad at Germany because they do not want to create a war in Ukraine.
If there is one place on earth where Germany should just avoid joining into the strife, it’s probably Ukraine.
