I wondered how that correlates with the teachings of the New Black Panthers so I googled it. Here’s what I found that was quite interesting:
It’s page 29 of “Liberation, Imagination, and the Black Panther Party...” and it talks about the need for the urban revolution (to liberate blacks) to start with the “lumpen proletariat” - the brothers on the block, and how the first can’t become last without violent revolution. Etc
I REALLY wonder the connections that Michael Brown and his buddies had with the New Black Panthers...
