The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the District Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

It seems that if Brown had suffered relatively serious injuries like this, it would have been mentioned in a police statement within a day or two, in order to put the shooting into the context of an attack on an officer. Why have the police been silent when it would be to their advantage to get this out? This alone makes we waiting for official confirmation of this report.

HIPAA may not have allowed this to be disclosed. And - as with other evidence - Eric Holder may have been telling people not to disclose even records they could disclose, because doing so would anger the ferals. Showing that the “victim” beat somebody up was immediately called “character assassination”, after all, when the strong-arm robbery was finally disclosed against Holder’s urging...
Because either the info was made available and those reporting didn’t like it contradicting their narrative, or it was withheld until things started to settle down enough for uncomfortable objective facts to be addressed properly.
I’ve learned that with some people, you just don’t tell ‘em some things when they’re hysterical - it only serves to give them something else to bash you with. I mean, it’s really amazing how some can get really abusive with ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, you say. You sometimes have to wait before truth will be handled with dignity & respect.

I had this happen to me when I was 27, when a hoodlum assaulted e with a wood cane that hit me car, broke off, and then hit e in the face.
I was able to chase the individual down and hold him until Police arrived.
Hurt like a son of a gun.

A bit of thought on this...
LEO’s left eye was damaged and not functioning normally.
LEO is right handed.
Perp had wounds / shots on his right side.
Last I was taught (admittedly, hunting classes in the 70s), you line-up the weapon under your dominant eye, track the target ^with both eyes open^ and squeeze the trigger.
The damaged eye may have caused a left-ward (over) compensation for LEO Wilson; that may explain the number of wounds to the perp’s right side.
An additional scenario is that LEO “ran the ladder” on the perp to “stop” him; starting low (leg region) and ending at center mass. Given the number of perforations, the perp may have (a) stumbled forward, or; (b) started to collapse, presenting his head in the COM target area.
VERY BAD PRACTICE....too many infectious diseases for cops to give CPR. Secure the suspect, call for backup, THEN call EMT is proper procedure. I teach my students to NEVER touch the body if it is a good shoot.....
Now if the guy was a real jerk, you COULD give CPR real quick in order to get all the blood out of his body before EMT arrives....but then again, there is the issue with infectious diseases in the blood to begin with.
ANYWAYS....like Rule number 4: NEVER get out of the boat (in this case...never get in contact with someone elses blood)!

Just think: This kind of stuff between cops and blacks goes on every single day and night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, month after month, year after year...Black kid commits crime, black kid attempts to attack/kill cop, black kid gets killed. Since this story broke I would bet 20 such cases have happened nation wide. Yet this case gets all this attention? People inexplicably riot and loot?
Now just where did they get the info that the kid was shot execution style as if the cop was some kind of KKK guy? Where? Where??

And who “allowed” the rioting? Nobody put a gun to these peoples head to go into the streets BEFORE the Investigation and facts were compiled.
It’s evident no matter what the Investigation shows....they’ve declared what they want is the cop arrested. ..and facts of the case are immaterial to most.

Well, the officer did tell him to get on the sidewalk. That would inspire terror in anyone. /s
