EPA and Obama have exempted these types of solar/wind plants from any culpability concerning birds including Eagles with the wind turbine plants so the liberal / left thought process is.. if exempted it doesn’t matter.
But don’t dare mess with the delta smelt! Better that farmers go broke and food prices escalate.
