This Black Former NFL Star Has a Plan to Take Down Obama August 16, 2014

Although President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder like to paint disagreement with this president’s positions and policies as racist, increasing opposition to the president’s agenda from blacks calls those claims into serious question.

Talk show host Larry Elder has argued that Obama’s withdrawal of American military forces from Iraq was premature and not well thought out. Reverend Billy Owens called Obama “the most immoral president we’ve ever had.” And Georgia Congressman David Scott, a Democrat, has said that he has been “very disappointed” by the president’s handling of the VA healthcare debacle.

Now former NFL linebacker Garry Cobb is running for Congress to stop Obama’s agenda.

According to the Washington Times, Cobb is running for New Jersey’s 1st Congressional District seat, vacated after Democrat Rob Andrews resigned earlier in 2014 amid allegations of ethical violations.

Cobb “faces an uphill battle” in the largely Democratic district and has fewer resources than his opponent, state Senator Donald Norcross, but he isn’t letting that deter him.

The former Philadelphia Eagle says that Democrats and Obama “support policies that have hurt minority communities” like the district he is hoping to represent in Congress.

His opponent, on the other hand, sounds like the establishment Democrat that he is when he says his main goal in running is to “make sure New Jersey gets its fair share from Washington.”

Categorizing the opposition as “racist” rather than attempting to argue their points is called a logical fallacy for a reason–not only does the tactic not prove your argument, but it also implies that your argument is weak and difficult to defend.

That, of course, is why liberals use the ad hominem attack so frequently–their policies, at least when backed by good intentions, are based not on history or logic, but on what feels good. It’s hard to argue logically about feelings.

Conservatives must be careful to avoid this tactic. But more than that–they must take action to elect people like Garry Cobb who demonstrate the lie of liberal claims about conservative racism.

What in the world is there for minorities in America to whine about? All they need to do is ask and they will be GIVEN whatever they want!!

I don't agree with you because the left has created a class of dependents and has destroyed black families. Kids in public schools and universities are being indoctrinated daily. It is a vicious cycle for the poor of all colors, and they are preyed upon. It isn't your actions that allowed you to be born to good parents who value education. Fatherless children are more vulnerable and that is not a child's fault. There but for the grace of God go you. We are all Americans, and we are all victims of the Sociopaths with God like complexes that want to control and quell the population. We are no one to judge anybody, and these bankers are our enemies, not fellow Americans.
