How will America be a law-driven country ever again? This administration has packed every department with drooling lefties. The next Republican President will have to contend with an actively hostile buraucracy every day of his/her time in office.

There is no argument for term limits of bureacrats. No prevention of making government service a lifetime career.
I would start attriting the government service industry and replacing their organizational reporting diagrams with unofficial ones that have the actual decisions being made by my people who are connected by the dotted lines of the real decision making process.
