No of course not, But they didn't go from 98% white to 62% black last year. They did that over 40 years since 1970. And they should have been trying to hire more black officers along the way. And maybe they were, I don't know.
I think they are on the right course in providing incentives for blacks from the community to attend police academy.

Firing white cops for being white is the reassurance the "Come-MUNE-a-tee" is looking for. Institutionalization of black racism is their goal -- and Sharpton's, and Barky's, and Jesse's, and Larval Alien Holder.
