well, at 10:50 pm eastern, the police have moved in their vehicles and started to try to disperse the crowd again. visible rocks and other objects are flying

That's what I thought too from the steering wheel emblem. I was thinking, "Oh, man, he's driving a new Escalade through sketchy neighborhoods around a riot zone after midnight!" God must watch over idiots sometimes. :)

It gets interesting because he leaves his mic open and you hear all the chatter of the reporters waiting around for the conference to start.
