Washington Times and others are reporting about the 'static assembly' rules now in force in Ferguson, and quotes AP, but I can't find an AP article with 'static assembly' in the title. Here's at least a blurb on it from WashTimes:

I’m hearing the Nation of Islam will possibly be providing security for Attorney General Eric Holder on his visit to Ferguson this Wednesday, as a show of unity for the community.
Does that include the New Black Panthers with the same nightclubs they use to intimidate voters?
