I remember the anticipation when Tom Delay was going to have his mug shot taken. He played it smartly, wearing a tie, jacket, looking directly into the camera with a huge grin on his face. It looked exactly like a campaign photo and the democrats got absolutely no mileage out of it. I suspect Gov.Perry will do the same.
He shouldn't have to. It's an abuse of power and an injustice that's an outrage.
