When the government does illegal things, there is no moral reason to comply, although there may be a prudential one.

Since then, the process of drafting what will likely be the only significant immigration changes of his presidency — and his most consequential use of executive power — has been conducted almost entirely behind closed doors, where lobbyists and interest groups invited to the White House are making their case out of public view.

I would expect no less from "the most transparent administration in the history of the republic"...

They are transparently corrupt, and they transparently don't give a flying f--- what the People think about anything.

It can't be behind closed doors.
He is the most transparent ever. He said so and Holder backed it up! ! ! ! ! !

This was precisely my reasoning for obtaining a concealed carry permit. Before I had a child I carried a handgun however and whenever I chose, without any kind of permit. Later, prudence dictated that if I wanted to be assured of not being imprisoned for breaking an unconstitutional law, I should make myself "legal".

Obama is golfing. The Orcs of Mordor-on-the-Potomac are doing the crafting...

I hate to be a defeatist but with his executive action granting amnesty in any of it’s stupid names this country will never recover in my lifetime. Between Obamacare and a new wave of millions of illegal third world immigrants voting for democrat caudillos it will take generations to fix. Obama knows it, the democrats know it, the republican leadership is letting him get away with it and there’s no better time to completely shred any remnants of the constitution.

Behind closed doors...because everyone knows things in a free society are done in secret.

I keep thinking of a word.

It starts with c....c...something...

Impossible?

Think of which group of folks (military or libtards) have more respect, morality and trustworthiness.

Think which group gave an oath to defend the constitution.

Think which group actually believes in the constitution.

“Mr. Burr said an executive order issued by Mr. Obama last month that would block companies with a history of workplace violations from receiving federal contracts had prompted his group to contemplate “the virtues of a litigation strategy.”

“workplace violations”? The lowlife criminal contractors
are the #1 cause of the wetback bum rush that has been going
on for the past 30 years. Deport ALL the wetbacks and
incarcerate the criminal employers to the fullest extent of
the law. That includes people who hire them for nannies,
lawn maintenance, etc.
Anything less is just a waste of time and money.

Hiring wetbacks is just as unAmerican as communism.

and his most consequential use of executive power

This phrase would have certainly has the word "abuse" instead of "use" in it had a Republican been President. Hard to believe the "Free Press" has become what it is..

Congress should pass a law making it illegal for any employee of the government to obey a law created by the President.

Since “Obama” would never sign it, Boehner could sign it instead.

This is being released like a Publishers Clearinghouse giveaway. The suspense is interesting - the rat controlled media just keep this pot boiling.
