Why should we consider Assad an enemy just because he is a dictator?

Assad's regime was never our enemy. The problem is the US military has become Saudi Arabia's military.

The US, or any other country, has no business destabilizing and overthrowing (or enabling it to happen) stable governments that haven't waged war on us if they protect their citizens, including minorities.
