I should have said sagging pants, not baggy pants.
Better advice would be; be polite to everyone, walk away from trouble, obey the law, and never, ever screw with a stranger, you don’t know who is just crazy enough to kill you.
That is the advice I gave my boys.
And something I didn’t think I would need to tell my boys, never attack a cop.
There's something perverse about calling teenage children or adults "my baby". Let him grow up. MAKE him grow up. The younger Johnson's sloppy deportment reflects badly not only on himself, but also on his father.
DOJ and the FBI tried to stop release of the video, but the local police went ahead any way. The real reason they didn't want the video released is that it destroys the narrative that the "Gentle Giant" Brown was shot by a racist cop. The public has less sympathy for the thug and gives more credence to the cop's story. Obama, Holder, and the Dems want to keep the pot stirred up to energize their base and to act as a distraction for the MSM away from the Obama scandals and his failed foreign policy. We now have a hot war in Iraq and the Ukraine is on a collision course with Russia. And all the MSM cares about is the death of a black thug in Missouri.
1) Don’t throw $#!+ at armed men.

I expect point three will be covered when they reach majority. They have been trained in safety and practical use.
Culturally, I hope his son has something more to offer than baggy pants, tattoos, rap, the knock-out game, crooked hats, gangbanging, baby mamas, and break dancing.
Culturally, I am ready for black youths to offer a little more to society.
It is like they are trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube. But they are so enthralled by their titles and political power that they can't even reach the obvious conclusion that their own sh*t stinks.

I hope that when they reach majority, being an armed man will still be a practical possibility. The totalitarian left is hell-bent on disarming all of us.
