Lachlan Marklay, writing in the Washington Free Beacon, reports that Nancy Pelosi steered more than a billion dollars in subsidies to a light rail project that benefitted a company run by a high-dollar Democratic donor and in which her husband is a major investor. Here, according to Marklay, is how the scheme operated: --snip-- In April, Salesforce sold its property in the Mission Bay area for a significant profit. CEO Benioff, the big Dem donor, obviously benefited from the increase in property values that federal funding helped generate. So did Pelosi, through her husband’s large investment in Salesforce.

When it comes to wealth, Nancy Pelosi and her husband Paul are in the top 1 percent. They’re multi-millionaires.
Now, this past February an arbitrator ordered Paul Pelosi and his business partner to pay former NFL head coach Dennis Green almost a million dollars for work that he did for their United Football League team. Pelosi is ignoring the order.
Mr. Green, who, incidentally, is an African-American, is the former head coach of the Minnesota Vikings and the Arizona Cardinals. In 2009, Green signed a deal to lead Pelosi’s team, the Sacramento Mountain Lions, for $1.5 million.
Pelosi didn’t honor the deal. He failed to pay Dennis Green’s full salary during his tenure. At times, the bi-weekly check was short over $50,000. Yet, according to news reports, while Mr. Nancy Pelosi was violating Green’s contract, he was wheeling and dealing on other investments.
And Green isn’t the only guy Pelosi hoodwinked. In 2012, San Diego Chargers coach Marty Schottenheimer sued Pelosi and his partner for not honoring their contract. Nearly 80 players -- some of them earning as little as $25,000 a-year -- sued Pelosi’s partner for not honoring their contracts. These people are barely making minimum wage and they were stiffed by multi-millionaires named Pelosi.
Paul Pelosi made personal guarantees to make good on these contracts and his promises have proven to be worthless. Maybe it’s time for congressional hearings to get to the bottom of this mess, where the little guy gets cheated by the wealthy, the callous, the heartless, the Democrats.
She’s another Northeast carpetbagger, raping her district and nation of funds for her own personal gain.
