Those (Arabs and Jews) who claim that this is a positive move towards “coexistence” conveniently leave out one main factor missing from most Jewish-Muslim weddings and this is, at best, troubling.
If you are pro-Jews marrying Arab-Muslims then ask yourself one question:

HOW IS IT, THAT IN ALMOST EVERY CASE ARAB MEN MARRY JEWISH WOMEN...ONLY?

YOU NEVER SEE A JEWISH MAN MARRY AN ARAB WOMEN.
WHY IS THAT?

Judaism runs through the mother.
Islam runs through the father.

The Arab Muslim world (even in Jaffa, Israel) would NEVER permit their womenfolk to marry Jewish males, they would HONOR KILL HER so...

What does all this mean?

ONE WAY STREET, DOUBLE STANDARD, NO REAL CO-EISTANCE as long as ONLY Arab men marry Jewish women.

Even though I am opposed to this intermarriage, I will join the Bleeding heart (Peace Now) movement, when I see Jewish men marrying Arab Muslim women at the same ratio I see Arab men marrying Jewish women. THEN and ONLY THEN, will there be a “fair” balance.
We will ignore the fact that “progressive” Jewish women later on find themselves trapped living in an Arab village with an abusive husband but that's for another discussion...
