Seems autopsy is consistent with the discussion caught on the background of a video accidentally.

It is also consistent with the description of the shooting from the friend of the officer.

Question now becomes what was the range.

With this info it destroys the testimony of Brown being shot in the back. That witness is no longer valid. Now we have to consider the other witness who said he saw brown rushing the officer.

However the odds of that witness coming forward are very slim. Remember: snitches get stitches.
