Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said Sunday that the Justice Department would conduct ‘its own autopsy’, in addition to the ‘one performed by local officials’ and this ‘private one’ by the family’s Attorney.

The body has been released from the custody of the official coroner, released to Brown family, shipped to a mortuary , had a second unsupervised autopsy performed by unofficial third party and now the DOJ is going to do a third autopsy?
This won't fly because the chain of custody of the body has been irrevocably broken and there is unlimited potential for evidence tampering with the body now that it is in the hands of the family and Crump.
The DOJ had already said they’d be doing an autopsy ‘before’ the family’s Attorney took it on himself to hire and pay for a private autopsy.
