The woman had been in Sierra Leone, Africa, and left earlier this month.
Leone is one of several countries in West Africa with known cases of Ebola.
The woman was a teacher and had no known exposures to Ebola.

Bring Out Your Dead

So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

Thanks for that.
At first I was glad that it can only happen in Liberia.
Then I was just glad that it can only happen in North Africa.
Now I’m just glad that it can’t happen in MY state. /s
(Just today when I said “it is only a matter of time that Ebola gets here” a person scoffed and looked at me like I had two heads. A minute later he was talking about that missing Malaysian airliner, and I said “An airliner!? Yeah right - missing an airliner - THAT could NEVER happen.”
