Why would a Harvard Law Professor advocate such a thing? Because he is an idiot, but I am being redundant. The Black Power structure of this country has demanded summary justice for whites involved in the misfortunes of Blacks for years. They have seen the effects of a flawed relationship between the police and local prosecutors. The prosecutor needs the police to catch criminals and preserve and collect evidence. The police need the prosecutor to protect them from the consequences of their abuse of power. As long as both are focused on crime, it’s a system that’s bad for criminals and good for the rest of us.

But, when it all goes rogue, no one is safe. Blacks believe that is what happens to them and they conveniently ignore the undeniable fact that Blacks are overrepresented in criminal populations and their culture is frequently supportive of that behavior. Do innocent Blacks get caught in the middle from time to time? Sure, but their response to that issue just makes the situation worse.

As white communities see the rogue police descending on their neighborhoods and committing crimes against them, they are less willing to support the difficult job that the police must do. Their attitude is likely to become more like that of the Black community unless we find a way to conduct an independent review and prosecution of police abuse that protects good cops and hammers the bad ones.

Because blacks hate whites and anyone else who isn’t black. Blacks are the most racist group in America.
