BTW the "toy" that the guy was threatening people with in Walmart wasn't a Nerf gun. It was a state of the art air rifle capable of firing a pellet about as fast as a .22 LR, easily capable of killing or seriously wounding someone.

Yup...it’s an evil thing to carry an air rifle towards a cashier in Walmart, thank God he was shot before he was able to pay for it.
