Yeah, but he did so in a non-threatening way ... he had his hands up as he was charging. /s
Not fair. Releasing facts ad to the state of mind or actions of an allegedc criminal are irrelevant if alleged criminal could be Obama’s son. Oddly enough the same general logic can be applied to cops who are too militarized and thinkbit is open season on dogs and humans.A bit of a mess here in the USA.
If it comes down to the word of the cop vs. the word of the street thug who participated in the robbery with Brown, one would hope that a jury will see the lack of credibility on the part of the criminal.
I can't see the attorney putting up a witness to knowingly perjure themselves, but this whole mess may be too far gone for the thugs and their enablers to admit their malfeasance.
Regardless of what happens, the rioters and their supporters/enablers in the public and in the media will still try to rationalize that Brown was just an 'innocent victim' and that the cop was wrong for shooting a 300 pound criminal charging at him full speed even after that criminal had already assaulted him.
Sorry-- but that is not what the crime scene shows and that is not what the voices in the video say.
Uh oh. This goes against the narrative the MSM has been reporting via the rioters. This combine with the robbery video makes sense. No sane person is buying the “cops tried to pull him into the car and let him go and shot him with his hands up” story.
“...charging at OFFICERS...”??
Was there more than one officer shooting?
Autopsy should confirm whether he was shot facing the officer.
I have a feeling the autopsy report (the original one) shows that Michael Brown was shot from the FRONT and not the back.
Notice it hasn’t been released.
Hard to break the narrative that he was “down on his knees with his hands up screaming ‘don’t shoot’” - but little by little it’s being broken down.
Someone needs to file a FOIA to get the autopsy report released - that’s how the video was released even after the DOJ told the police NOT to release it.
So much being held in the “land of the free.”
The truth won’t be reported correctly, if at all.
Like with Trayvon, MSM reported he had “tea”. What he really had was a watermelon drink (photos of the scene prove that) — an ingredient in the drug he anticipated concocting, per his internet posting. If MSM had used the word, “watermelon”, there’d be hell to pay, considering he’s black. Also, “tea” is a more benign word overall.
The Skittles were reported as mere “candy”. Again, Skittles are another ingredient in the drug he planned to concoct.
Face it: We cannot win when it comes to pointing out the truth about the black racist mentality.
OOOOOOOH, we should have a contest. We could call it Whats my Spin.
On todays episode what will be the MSM/Black activist spin on this audio:
A) Its been doctored by the Ferguson PD
B) It will be as under-reported as weekend Chicago Homicide statistics
C) The Ferguson PD had a sniper trained on the speaker and were forcing him to say it
D) The speaker was actually talking about the cop rushing sweet, innocent Mike Mike
E) The speaker was under the influence of a bottle of Smooth, refreshing Colt .45, tainted by Rush Limbaugh, personally on behalf of the tea party
Thank-you Jim!
I was watching the evening news tonight in Raleigh - several crimes reported, pretty much all committed by blacks. No wonder the cops are nervous when working in these communities. I know the politicians can’t point out this fact, they would be crucified by the MSM and the Sharpton/Jackson crowd.
I wish Sharpton/Jackson/others black activists would address the root of the problem - the amount of crime committed by blacks. I think economic issues are a large part of the problem, but the government subsidizing their exponential growth with welfare (and more if you have kids) has to be addressed.
I can imagine people in the community might start to embellish what they saw, if they thought it might help put the police officer behind bars.
I understand FBI etc has been going door to door, lots of room for lying.
I hope they can find the 2 that discussed this on the video etc
I admit that having personally dealt with twenty years of harassment by law enforcement, until they caught the guy they were looking for, has jaded me towards law enforcement.
However, looking at available info I am inclined to believe that Jabba the Thug got what he was looking for.
He counted on his size to intimidate, control, and overpower.
And he found that it doesn’t always work that way.
Now it remains to be seen what the new “on loan from Eric Holder” medical examiner concocts.
Either way, the subcivilized “protestors” will flip out.
I see nothing good coming from federal involvement.
Obviously, the race pimps stories (and eyewitness accounts) are falling like dominoes...
But in reality, those rioting and looting do not care anyway...
Is anyone here surprised by any of this???
I’m not...
When the next one happens, it will be like Rocky 5...
Where 1, 2 and 3 might have been pretty good, the public is getting tired of the same template and usual suspects rolling out pimping this to the usual dolts, (not folks like us who pay attention) who live and breath to riot, loot and kill in their false outrages...
Just desserts, IMO...

Stopping Power: Myths, Legends, and Realities
When it comes to claims about the effectiveness of handgun ammo, dont believe the hype.
January 16, 2013 | by Sydney Vail, MD
As a trauma surgeon and a tactical medical specialist, I am often asked by law enforcement officers what caliber and type of handgun ammunition offers the most stopping power. I cant answer that question. Let me explain why.
Excerpts...
Now we need to go back a step and define stopping power. Is it the ability of a particular ammunition to:
Immediately incapacitate a threat?
Eventually incapacitate a threat?
Slow down a threat?
Render a person less able to remain a threat?
Knock the threat to the ground?
....
The ultimate stopping power rests with your training with your weapon system. Accurate hits in any reasonable caliber will stop a person if that person has experienced enough brain or spinal cord damage to interrupt regular neurologic impulses from reaching vital areas of the body or the person has hemorrhaged enough blood to lower his or her blood pressure where the brain no longer is able to function well. You can also stop a person if a major bone shatters after a bullet injures it, but does that stop the fight?

Brown had robbed a convenience store some 15 minutes prior to his detainment. Naturally a corrupt old media neglected to state this fact.
He doubled back? DOUBLED BACK?!
Everyone: Think about it. He doubled back.
JUST like he did at the convenience store a little while earlier. Same behavior.
He doubled back on the store clerk, confronting the clerk a SECOND TIME, just as he shortly would do with the police officer.
He exhibited the same behavior.
This kid was no angel. He thrived on confrontation, using his large size to intimidate had already become a modus operandi, a regular way of life for him.
If Moochelle had a son......
For Lo-fo's, any spun up narrative to get their victimhood juices flowing is readily embraced!
Holder can take the GG's remains & add bullet holes entering the front with a steak knife; claim the store video of GG assaulting the guy has been fabricated, lo-fo's will believe it, believe anything.
They're more gullible than Coast-to-Coast listeners on ghost story night, it's a willful gullibility, not just a sad result of public school epic failure.
Holder and co. are nuttier than a squill turd - they exhibit a continuing fixation and paranoia with Whites of Euopean heritage that perhaps years of therapy'll reverse, dunno...
