A newly-discovered video taken in the aftermath of Ferguson, Missouri teen Michael Brown's death features a conversation between two bystanders, one whom relays what he witnessed—and he states that Brown fled a police car but then "doubled back" and was charging at officers as they fired at him.
Since Brown's fatal shooting has become a media firestorm, inspiring violent riots and looting in Ferguson, witnesses from both sides of the controversy have given conflicting reports on just what happened. However, this private conversation minutes after the incident seems untainted by any desire to protect or tarnish the reputation of either Brown or the police.

I think it’s just the way the witness talks. He kept saying “the police” as if there were more than one officer, but I don’t think he meant it that way.

Autopsy should confirm whether he was shot facing the officer.

I have a feeling the autopsy report (the original one) shows that Michael Brown was shot from the FRONT and not the back.
Notice it hasn’t been released.
Hard to break the narrative that he was “down on his knees with his hands up screaming ‘don’t shoot’” - but little by little it’s being broken down.
Someone needs to file a FOIA to get the autopsy report released - that’s how the video was released even after the DOJ told the police NOT to release it.
So much being held in the “land of the free.”
It may have appeared the guy was on his knees. If he was charging towards the officer, one of his final shots may have brought Brown to his knees as he was headed face down.
I think Oprah and Michelle should lead the protest.They are calling for big names and Rev.Al just gave 10,000.00 to the family which makes 30,000.00.They should step up.

Possibly — but the autopsy -which has already been conducted - will clearly show if he was shot from the front or back.
I think the info is being withheld from the public - just like the video- the police know, the DOJ know, the government knows but doesn’t want it to disrupt the current “innocent black child shot by racist white police” narrative.
If he were shot from the back as the ghetto witnesses say, the info, IMO would have been released and then shouted all over the place by Sharpton, Holder, the media whores, etc.
The fact that the media are silent on this issue makes me think Mike Mike was shot from the front.
What I’m afraid of is the “new” autopsy will “clearly show” that Brown was shot from the back.
Kinda like what we argue about the Kennedy assassination, isn’t it?
Yes, I know. Praying our government isn’t that thoroughly corrupt that they would destroy evidence and obstruct justice at the federal, state and local levels all on one specific case to lynch an officer of the law.
The truth won’t be reported correctly, if at all.
Like with Trayvon, MSM reported he had “tea”. What he really had was a watermelon drink (photos of the scene prove that) — an ingredient in the drug he anticipated concocting, per his internet posting. If MSM had used the word, “watermelon”, there’d be hell to pay, considering he’s black. Also, “tea” is a more benign word overall.
The Skittles were reported as mere “candy”. Again, Skittles are another ingredient in the drug he planned to concoct.
Face it: We cannot win when it comes to pointing out the truth about the black racist mentality.

Quite true. The reasonable person has little to do at this point but wait for the forensics, both toxicology report and ballistics. There is little point in speculating further and even less of a point in taking action based on such speculation.
He was murdered by an officer applying an illegal chokehold.

E) The speaker was under the influence of a bottle of Smooth, refreshing Colt .45, tainted by Rush Limbaugh, personally on behalf of the tea party
