Holder Orders DOJ to Do Further Autopsy on Michael Brown
NBC ^ | August 17, 2014 | NBC News

The feds want to perform their own autopsy on Michael Brown, the unarmed teen shot dead by local police in Ferguson, Missouri, a week ago.

"Due to the extraordinary circumstances involved in this case and at the request of the Brown family, Attorney General Holder has instructed Justice Department officials to arrange for an additional autopsy to be performed by a federal medical examiner," Justice Department spokesman Brian Fallon said in statement. "This independent examination will take place as soon as possible. Even after it is complete, Justice Department officials still plan to take the state-performed autopsy into account in the course of their investigation."

There’s nothing like handling the evidences alone, unsupervised, to corrupt it.

Putting to use the lessons learned from the Trayvon Martin case. I.e.: had Holder done his own autopsy that time, Zimmerman would have been toast.

This may be too cynical, but I don’t think so.

The officer will likely be murdered before he would stand trial.

"Michael Brown, the unarmed teen shot dead . . ."

"Unarmed teen" seems to be a code phrase used by journalists to be deceptive. An unarmed teen (UT) is what they call a knockout Game player who loses after assaulting a concealed carry citizen who only looks defenseless. The UT is the guy who attempted to murder a neighborhood watchman in Florida, and now the UT is the one who attacked a store owner and then a police officer. The UT is generally taller and heavier than his victim, plus has recent mixed martial arts experience.

I'd like to see these journalists encounter a UT on a lonely street after dark, on their front doorstep, or any time the UT is on the prowl - they might decide that unarmed is irrelevant if the UT gets to choose someone he believe he can take down while unarmed.

So is this the 3rd Autopsy? the Brown family attorney yesterday said they had hired Baden to do an additional autopsy OR is this Holder pretending he thought up the idea of a 2nd autopsy.

Another FReeper recently mentioned how odd it is that these teens have the unusual name of Unarmed.

Will WE ever see the toxicology report?
++++
Apparently Holder has had an early peek at the autopsy results and is unhappy. Presumably this is due to the various “false positives” that need to be corrected with a second autopsy.

Will WE ever see the toxicology report?

Traitorholder and his Missouri buttboy governor Jay Nixon didn't even want Brown's strong arm robbery video released.

Civil rights laws are federal and this is, or has become a civil rights case. Holder can do anything he wants to do at this point.

Police should be held to a higher standard than gangbangers.

I guess they did not like the results of the first autopsy. When this is all said and done Brown is going to be all cut up like a butchered beef from people trying to get the results they want.

The young people here probably don’t remember the civil rights struggles in the south in the 60’s, but the local black population didn’t trust the local police to be fair or to uphold the law. The feds would step in to assure everyone that the law would be fairly applied as a way to keep everyone calmed down and believing that justice would be done. I think the same kind of thing is going on here.
