This is true. It was a different officer who took that call and went to the Ferguson Market and Liquor Store, then proceeded to QT as the victim told the cop the perps went “that way toward the QT “.
Officer Wilson (I hope I’m getting his name correct) did (according to various sources) HEAR the call on the radio but didn’t know at the moment he passed by Mike and his friend that they were the alleged perps.
All of this happened in a matter of seconds, which is what most don’t realize.

If the local autopsy was well done and well documented with lots of photos and such as it should have been, a good lawyer should be able to convince a local jury of its validity.
