One of the problems is that if you pin point heredity, then you open up the argument that it was white slave owners who bred the lower bell curve into them.

No one is pin pointing hereditary, and no sensible person makes the argument the slave owners bred the lower bell curve.

The reality is that in ethnicity plays a role in cognitive skills, at least skills that matter in Western civilization. Environment play a major role as well.

Haiti and Detroit.....and other areas of majority blacks always ends the same....I believe because the black leadership themselves won’t let go of their own corruption and lift their people above the sewers of their getto’s etc.

Further many don’t want to do the work required to change their life.....there is “comfort in the familiar”....no matter how bad it is.
