This article states that Mr.Reed is trying to invoke a rarely used procedure for removing an elected official via lawsuit.

Maybe Perry should have joined forces with Mr. Reed as that’s a legal remedy. Coercion isn’t. Even more so when Perry was under investigation by an office she heads up.

I personally think Governor Rick stepped in it.
