Ping to you for latest developments on Hutchins’ case, mainly the raid by Prosecutors on the Defense counsel offices at Camp Pendleton in May. Unbelievable tactics the Persecutors are now stooping to.

Thanks, Saoirise. I can't believe they are still pushing a retrial of Hutchins.

Later, in response to a question, he [Hansen, a criminal investigator],said he has a fundamental distrust of defense counsel.

Ha, the feeling is mutual, I'm sure.

Another article from Stars and Stripes: . Retrial for Marine convicted in Iraq killing set for early 2015

Retrial is set for January 26 assuming he does not get a new Article 32. Oprison, defense counsel, is also looking into possible UCI from comments made by Mabus, Navy Secretary, and "rule of law brief" that mentioned Hutchin's case. Should be interesting.

Thanks, Saoirise.

It’s hard to even imagine a judge allowing a search of files with attorney client privileged info in them and then taking the word of investigators they didn’t read a thing in them.

As far as retrying him it’s pathetic, he has spent more than enough time behind bars already.
