Ferguson police released the name of the officer that fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown, while also revealing that Brown was a suspect in a convenience story robbery over a $48.99 box of cigars.

Well about 50 dollars from the store...but once Brown might have sold the cigars as a drug delivery system, which they’re used for, he might have made a bit of a profit.
Seems to me he was about robbing the store and just passing them out among his friends. Such a stupid foolish kid no matter how one looks at it.

he was likely aware that robbing cash changes the equation....but those cigars are used as a drug delivery system popular with the youth and in the black community...

The name and address of the store police say was robbed are redacted from the documents, but the store is Ferguson Market and Liquor on West Florissant Avenue.
He just died tired....
Seems to be a rather excessive retribution for stealing tobacco products, in any quantity. There are a LOT of things left out of the narrative, that changes the whole coloration of the justice of the matter.
Nobody has yet much spoken of the merits of the case, one way or the other.
He was shoplifting, not doing a stickup.
He thought he could walk out of the store with the stolen goods, the proprietor complained, he beat up the proprietor, and then he fled.

I am not glad. It’s sad this event ever took place.
The one thing this video would show is that Michael Brown was prone to violence. He may have been that way with the police officer too.
The witnesses coming forward don’t mean a lot to me at this point. I have seen how these things work in the black community.
