There are still some misguided FReepers here who won't accept that. Geeeez.... I purposely avoided posting on this matter, until I knew more of the story started gelling. There are a lot of imperfect cops, but I would seriously doubt if any would see any winning scenario unfolding from shooting someone without reason.
...and the posted police report that identifies both Michael Brown and his partner who was at the shooting scene.
