I don’t think so. The clerk has a tan shirt on. If Michael was wearing tan shorts, it would be as clear as the shirt.
Clearly in post 16, he is wearing the underwear, baggy shorts below that, tan shorts below that.
I’m ceratin about that. Also certain I could be wrong.

This dude is exactly who Bill Cosby had in mind when he gave his infamous (and controversial) rant at the NAACP conference back around 2004. He blasted black parents for the way they let their kids dress.
