Finally decided to pull up stakes and move from suburban MD and over to more tax friendly, compact and slightly busier Falls Church, VA. About 30 miles SSW of where I was.

Studio/Efficiency apartment living. Minus winter drive way snow shoveling. And summertime mowing of 3/4 acre front and back yards.

Living at the top of the key. With Leesburg Pike (Rt.7) and George Mason. With 395 and Bailey’s Crossroads a stone’s throw away. Though, if you are in the wrong lane at the right time when driving. You’re hosed.
