I recall when LAPD created the battering ram in LA's, "War on drugs"....
They called it a "rescue vehicle"
It’s an “us vs them” mentality. It has been for years. And it’s ALL of the cops. To them we’re all guilty as hell and we shouldn’t even TRY to win in court. “You’re guilty, damn it, or I wouldn’t have arrested you! And don’t video tape me and don’t talk back!”
“It’s my word against yours. If I say you’re guilty, you’re guilty.” I actually had a cop tell me that decades ago.
