That’s pretty much it. But this is the nature of all deviancy. Just mere tolerance is never enough. Give an inch, they take a mile. They now dictate what you teach about it in school, they demand private businesses cater to them whether they agree with it or not.
And if you don’t ‘celebrate’ it, you might as well be a member of the Taliban to them.
And I should care about this because ...? (I know, my not caring about his predilections makes me a homophobe. So be it.)
BTW - While he probably did start out as a tight end, over time, he became a wide receiver.
He hasn’t played in a game at this time, so the NFL likely isn’t looking at him, and I doubt that he is thinking of a football gig. Given his academic record, he’s apparently pursuing a career in science/medicine.
