No link to any criminal record that I have seen. Just some unverified stuff posted on a blog with a nonspecific link to the MO site:
https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/cases/nameSearch.do where I could not find records that matched what was printed in the blog. I will gladly stand corrected if someone links to the gov site with his record or a case# lookup or something like that.

...conservative chops challenged... Keeping a watchful eye on government IS conservative. The Police ARE the government.

“why was he staying at his grandmothers apartment? “
Kicked out of his parents’ place? Who knows. Even if the kid is not Trayvon, it is hard to distinguish thuggish yoots from regular, jaywalking in the middle of the night, yoots.

the gang member was within his rights to assault the officer and attempt to take his gun?All of those assertions are in dispute.

How in the world could you possibly get that from what I said?
I gave you an explanation as to why he may have been walking down the middle of the road that’s it.
Making a leap that I said it was therefore OK for him to walk down the middle of the road because he might be a gang member is something you just pulled out of your butt.
In your butt was a good place for that comment.

I apologize. It sounded like you were defending his right to walk in the middle of the street.

""Pretty please, with sugar on it." "
Are you sure he didn't say "with brown sugar on it." That's racist you know.

It sounded like you were defending his right to walk in the middle of the street for anybody with an IQ above room temperature.

I would not doubt that Michael Brown was a decent guy. My take on his friend—the only witness—is that he was not a decent guy and is more than likely the one who got into the scuffle with the police officer.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
I never said (or wrote) anything about where he walked.
You have further demonstrated your inability to follow the context, flow and participants in this conversation.

Walking in the middle of the road because it’s neutral territory is common with gangs and in areas where illegal from different countries are living.

I’m guessing that a cop patrolling the area would be aware of that as well, perhaps.
One of the statements by the police chief made me think that the LEO that did the shooting may have been something of a rookie.

Is that why he was walking in the middle of the street?Maybe that 'hood is one of the places where you walk in the street so the local denizens can't jump you from the alleys or doorways.
