Backup gun? I carried one. Easier to draw a 2nd gun than to reload your primary if wounded or pinned.
According to the information the police have released every shell casing found was from the officer's service issue automatic.
IF you believe the witnessess. Remember, Rachael Janteel LIED about Traydemark at the "coaching" by Crump and gang.
I don't believe either side right now. I'll wait to pass judgement.
If the kid went for the cops gun, he won a stupid prize for playing a stupid game.
If the cop shot him in cold blood "execution style" as Crump said on CNN this morning, heck, I may go and join the riot.
Ok thanks...have not heard that.
The only person who said that Brown went for the gun is the cop in question. Why should we believe him?
Nothing I've seen or heard so far from any source makes this sound like anything other than it was, a bad shooting. My boyfriend's a lawyer, though not criminal law, but he was still able to point out holes in the story that make it pretty clear that deadly force was not warranted in this situation. The police officer made a bad decision, a kid is dead, and he's in a world of trouble.
Here's another scenario. The struggle could have moved from the car and continued over the ground with Brown still attempting to take the weapon away. None of us were there. We can only speculate as to what happened after that first shot was fired. I had to struggle to restrain convicts over my 25 year career in corrections. That struggle doesn't always stay in one place, and can end several feet away form the original site.
Has your boyfriend ever been in a fight? Because you don’t toe the line any more. Fights are fluid shall we say. I have no idea what went down but making judgements based on where the dead guybended up is foolishbat best.
Police say first shot was fired inside car. Either Brown was struggling with the cop for the weapon, or the cop decided to shoot Brown in his vehicle. Since the witness who was walking with Brown said that the cop got out of the car and shot him, why then are the cops claiming the first shot took place in the car? We haven't heard yet about any damage to the inside of the vehicle. I'll wait before I take any sides in this. My question is, if the witness says the cop shot Brown for no reason, then why didn't the cop shoot the witness as well?
If we don't expect the police to operate within the law then why should anyone else?
It’s just an excuse! The race industry is taking advantage of the situation.
So much for public safety and protecting businesses. The guard should have been there by last night.
When did self defense become secondary considerations?
> If you try to take a cops gun from a cop, the you have to expect to get shot.
> If he took the cops gun then what did the cop shoot him with?
There was a struggle as the cop tried to keep the gun. Also, they haven’t said if it was the other cop that shot him.
things could be worse....
we could have elected a fully black man...
nobody's rioting over all the dead whites killed at the hands of the minority animals....
but let one dark skinned get in a chase with the cops and get killed, you'd think the world was coming to an end...
When?
