I remember some long-ago riots when black business owners put SOUL BROTHER signs in their window. I don’t recall that it helped any.
I remember a funny cartoon from those days.

I remember those SOUL BROTHER signs. I also remember those “THIS HOUSE IS NOT ARMED” signs. They didn’t last long.
