The Russian news RIA Novosti says American actor and musician Steven Seagal has performed at a concert in the breakaway region of Crimea on a stage decorated with the flag of pro-Russian separatists fighting in eastern Ukraine.

Seagal, who knows Russian President Vladimir Putin, performed with his blues band Saturday night in the Black Sea port city of Sevastopol at a concert organized by a motorcycle gang of Russian nationalists known as the Night Wolves.

Night Wolves... isn’t that another name for KGB?

No surprise there. Seagal is nuts. Next month he'll be hunting for unicorns in Peru. After that he'll be connecting stars in the southern sky to form mystical patterns.

“a blues band and a motorcycle gang”
Sounds like Altamont. Groovy.

I remember reading a gun article from many years ago where Seagal was said to have fired seven rapid shots at a bullseye, 25’ away, I think, firing a .45 full size Colt. But customized with a few thousand dollars of upgrades.
He only left ‘one hole’ in the target, marvels the author, because all seven rounds had passed through the same hole ...
Shazam!

I never was a fan of Segal; then happened to see one or two of his flicks, and I liked the way he kicked a$$es and took names. The movie “FIRE DOWN BELOW” comes to mind. I’m disappointed to learn that he’s buds with Putin. Is there anything that hasn’t been compromised?

I saw him on a weird reality New Orleans cop show and my 1 take away is that he's a hellava shot with a 9mm. Also not bad with a Katana.

Seagal was in 2 EPA praising, enviro-wacko movies. I always thought he was brushing up his liberal credentials. Guess it didn’t work. They didn’t let him in their club.

One was set in Kentucky and the other in Alaska.

Both had evil polluting corporations, iirc. I pretty much liked his movies except for those two.

Seagal cannot be understood in the ordinary course of events.

But then, who is counting? Watch him closely over the next few years.I’d say he is a canary in a cage in the mine of human history.A very strange creature is Steven Seagal.

A former star so addicted to red carpets he does anything and goes anywhere to get them.

Here he is sitting with Kadyrov. Putin's little Muslim gangster who keeps delivering him 99.9% of the votes with 99.7% of participation from Chechnya.
