Obama hands Assad victory just before heading out for another round of golf on Martha's Vineyard. How much more can the world take?

Assad is the best available option.

Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry are idiots incapable of understanding, less successfully dealing with, the situation in the Middle East. It’s “amateur hour” in our national leadership and has been for years.

The rest of the world dislikes Obama. The Republicans dislike Obama for what he is doing to The United States. The Democrats dislike Obama for what he is doing to the Democrat Party. Obama doesn’t like the job of being President. Probably the only people who still want Obama as President are Valerie Jarrett and George Soros.

Gee, people, aren’t we glad this fool was not around to lead us in the American Revolution— us rubes with pitch forks and farmers in the dell types?
What a colossal *airhead* is this intellectual splinter for a president. He needs to resign for reasons of high ignorance and acute embarrassment.

When you get farmers, dentists and folks who have never fought before going up against a ruthless opposition in Assad, the notion that they were in a position to suddenly overturn not only Assad but also ruthless, highly trained jihadists if we just sent a few arms is a fantasy. Did he ever read of the US Revolutionary War? I think maybe not.

Dear Mr President...
The American farmer is in large part responsible for not just creating, but sustaining this nation for the better part of our existence. Questions on the efficacy of farmers in righteous rebellion may be directed to the British consulate...

In this case, Obama happened to say something that was correct.
The fractured “Syrian free Army” was no match for Assad and they were no competition for “anti-Assad” fighters with the Islamist militant-terrorist groups.
Politically, they always were a front for the Islamists & brought into the “Syrian opposition” coalition because their supposed “moderate stance” made them attractive and thus the entire “Syrian opposition” attractive in the west, but even at the core of the political grouping known from the start as the “Syrian opposition” the Islamists, in the form of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood actually made up the core of the leaders pulling the strings.
The fellow-traveler moderates were cannon fodder for the Islamists and intentional martyrs to the cause until the heavy fighters the anti-Assad Jihadists were brought in.

Assad protected the minorities in Syria while the jihadists on the rebel’s side rape and murder them.
