ISIS was a know quantity for months. They were pretty much stating their plans on the internet and recruiting on the net. The Obama Regime was just hoping that they wouldn’t attack to the south and hoping that the Iraqi’s could deal with them. They should have bombed them when they started moving out of Syria.
Now they have lots of heavy weapons and even more fighters.
I guess the takeover of all those cities was disregarded as bad intelligence. WHAT A MAROON!

Obama and his handlers expected ISIS to stay in Syria, then do Jordan, then attack Israel.
He calls them ISIL (L for ‘Levant’) in a feeble attempt to remind them of their prior agreements.
The leaders of ‘ISIS’ (S soon to be for ‘Saudi Arabia’) see greener pastures to the south.
