Rivers did have a friendship with the Reagans. However, she is
not really a friend of conservatives. One evening not too long ago
I went TV slumming and happened upon a program called
something like Celebrity Wife Swap. In this episode Joan’s daughter
spent a week in Alaska w/the Palin family while Bristol Palin spent
a week in Beverly Hills w/ Joan. It looked to me like Joan had a
pretty snarky attitude toward Bristol. She made references about
the (school) class slut and arranged a dinner party packed with libs
obviously designed to put Bristol on the spot. Any conservative
who saw that program would know that Joan Rivers is no friend.
