Electronic voting machines are the easiest means of voter fraud with no paper trail.
But, electronic voting machines DO have a paper trail. At least the ones I am familiar with do.
The optical scan machines have a tape of every vote cast, and so do the touch screen machines. Their numbers should add u to equal the numbers of people who came into the polls + the number of absentee ballots cast.
What is so odd about this case is that the clerk in charge will not allow the campaign to see the absentee ballot record and will not affirm whether the absentee ballots are included in the total. But their numbers are still off. The question is whether their numbers are off by 500 or 1000 votes.
