Congress needs to delete 2 lines of law for every line of new law.

And no transferring responsibility of the details to the bureaucracy.

sounds doable, but how about this....no law or bill shall pass congress that is more than 3 pages, double spaced on 8x10 paper...written on only one side of each page.... Can't hide lots of goody for friends in that.Lawyers not needed we could all understand what is written....
