With the nim-nod sitting in the White House, any crafty foe would be doing the same. Putin is a tyrant but he is clever. Obama is a nice, cool, hip guy but the world knows now, after 6 disastrous years, he is a fool.
At the current pace, Russian troops will be coming ashore by Christmas...

Obama will react with certainty and resolution by giving speeches about “climate change” and “gay rights.”
Whenever a defense related topic arises Obama is visibly uncomfortable. Watch for this in future press conferences. He recoils at the thought of having to address any military issue, excepting of course instances pertaining to cuts in the defense budget.
He is weakness personified.
Putin has Obama’s number. He knows that the only response to a provocation will be more speechifying and empty words.
IMO, Putin will invade eastern Ukraine while Obama is on vacation, most likely while he’s on the golf course.
Putin is doing some additional testing of Obama.
