Several major belief systems advocate the same. What's your point?

My point is not something you would even remotely understand. Because obviously, if "several major belief systems advocate" the mass murder of homosexuals, then there is certainly nothing objectional to it - right? Especially amongst American conservatives discussing the proper role of government under the Constitution - right?

Thanks for clearing things up with that reality check. After all, the acceptability of the mass murder of homosexuals was settled by Sharia law and the Nazis long ago. I just must have gotten lost in the nuance of the issue.

You're one confused individual. Mass murder is a leftist sequela, not conservative. Perhaps, when your hysteria subsides, we can have a conversation about the inter-connection of Sharia, NAZIism and leftist thought.
